Lead Consultant
Althea Davis currently works as a PreK Teacher in Special Programs at Wake County Public Schools. She began working with PreK almost 30 years ago. Ms. Davis has experience as a parent, teacher, and Director in the industry. Working as a PreK teacher in Special Programs has given Ms. Davis the opportunity to working with children with special needs. Ms. Davis has a Master’s degree in Education Management from Strayer University-Raleigh Campus. She received a Bachelor of Science from Shaw University where she majored in Business Management with a minor in Accounting. Ms. Davis is also an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.- Sigma Rho Zeta Chapter in Cary, North Carolina.
Shenijua Gilmore
Consultant
Shenijua Gilmore currently works in the childcare industry serving children in the NC PreK program in Durham County. Ms. Gilmore has over fifteen years of experience working in the industry serving children in regular education and in the mental health field.
Ms. Gilmore has a Bachelor in Sociology and is currently pursuing her degree in Counseling.
Pamela Thomas
IT Specialist
Pamela Thomas currently works at the Social Security Administration (SSA) as a Supervisory Information Technology (IT) Specialist. She began her career with SSA in 1994 as part of the outstanding scholar program.
Ms. Thomas has a Master’s degree from John Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD with a concentration in Information and Telecommunication Systems. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mississippi Valley State University. Ms. Thomas is also an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. - Sigma Rho Zeta Chapter in Cary, North Carolina.
Ebony Davis
Office Manager
Ebony Davis currently works as an Instructional Assistant in Wake County Public Schools. She has over fourteen years of experience working in the public school system in general and special education. Ms. Davis has over twenty years of customer service experience.
Ms. Davis has an Associated degree from James Sprunt Community College and is currently attending Wake Technical Community College pursuing Early Childcare Education. She is an active member of Nu Omega Psi Sorority Inc. - Beta Chapter in Raleigh North Carolina.
